There will be a dozen of her little sculptures (series of Tom & Leo, the cat) and a few paintings.
Charmaine Swain
will be in a show called
“Where Are You Hiding”
at Gallery 55 in the Byward Market Square.
The Exhibition is Mostly works on paper, and is a celebration of hidden communities, and the cultural ties that bind people together.
The show runs through the month of September.
A Vernissage with performances will be held on Thursday, September 10, from 5:00pm - 7:00pm.

at “The Big Art Gallery at The Falls”

Some of the paintings are mixed media, oil or acrylic paint with markers, ink and anything else that was helpful at the time. Some artists may be doing demos during opening hours.
It is a beautiful little town with lots to explore.
